Include your iOS version and app version (Settings → About) — never include your recovery phrase. We will never ask for your recovery phrase. Anyone who does is trying to steal your funds.

Frequently asked questions

I lost my recovery phrase. Can you restore my wallet?

No — and that's by design. The wallet is non-custodial: the 12-word recovery phrase exists only on your device and in the backup you made. We have no copy and no way to recover it. If you still have the app installed and unlocked, go to Settings → Recovery Phrase and write it down now.

How do I back up my wallet?

Open Settings → Recovery Phrase, authenticate with Face ID, and write the 12 words down on paper in order. Store it somewhere safe and offline. Anyone with these words controls your funds.

How do I move my wallet to a new iPhone?

Install the app on the new device and choose “Import Wallet”, then enter your 12-word recovery phrase. Your accounts and funds (which live on the blockchain, not the phone) will reappear. Keys are intentionally excluded from iCloud and iTunes backups.

My balance or history looks outdated.

Pull down to refresh. The app reads data from public blockchain nodes and explorers, which occasionally lag or rate-limit. Switching networks (Ethereum ↔ L2) also refetches everything.

A transaction is stuck as “Pending”.

Transactions are confirmed by the Ethereum network, not by the app. During gas spikes a low-fee transaction can wait a while. Check the Gas Oracle for current conditions; the transaction will either confirm or drop from the mempool — funds are never lost while pending.

What is a watch-only account?

An account added by address or ENS name without any keys. You can see its balance, tokens, NFTs, and history, but you can't send from it. Great for tracking a cold wallet.

Which networks are supported?

Ethereum mainnet, Base, Arbitrum One, and OP Mainnet. Switch using the network pill on the Home screen. Staking data is Ethereum-mainnet only.

Does the app support ENS?

Yes — you can send to ENS names (like vitalik.eth), add watch-only accounts by name, and the app shows ENS names in your transaction history where available.

How do widgets and alerts work?

Add widgets from the home-screen widget gallery (ETH price, gas, portfolio). Price and gas alerts are configured from the bell icon in Market or Gas Oracle; the app checks conditions periodically in the background and sends a local notification — no server involved.

Is the wallet safe? Who can access my keys?

Keys are generated on-device and stored in the iOS Keychain with the strictest protection class, gated by Face ID. They are never uploaded, synced, or included in backups. The app also simulates transactions before signing (Transaction X-Ray) and audits token approvals (Guardian) to protect you from malicious contracts.
