Terms of Use

Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Ethereum Wallet (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app is — and is not

The app is a non-custodial software wallet: a tool that generates and stores cryptographic keys on your device and lets you interact with public blockchain networks. The app is not a bank, exchange, broker, money transmitter, or custodian. We never hold, control, or have access to your funds or keys, and we cannot execute, reverse, or block transactions.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Risks

Cryptocurrency involves significant risk. Prices are volatile; smart contracts may contain bugs; networks may congest or fork; third-party infrastructure (nodes, explorers, price feeds) may be unavailable or inaccurate. Information shown in the app — including prices, gas estimates, transaction simulations, and safety heuristics — is provided for convenience and is not financial advice and not a guarantee of any outcome.

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the app — including losses caused by lost recovery phrases, user error, phishing, malicious smart contracts, network failures, or third-party services.

7. Third-party services

The app connects to public blockchain nodes, block explorers, and market-data APIs operated by third parties. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and their own terms apply to their services.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Ethereum” is a public, decentralized protocol; this app is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ethereum Foundation.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
